Long hot summers and fine dust are hard on drives, controllers and escalator components. Audits check machine room conditions and cleanliness, not just the log book.

A long way from the factory

Parts for older or less common equipment can take longer to reach Perth. Knowing which components are near end of life lets you order before a breakdown.

The 10-year plan

Since the 2020 strata reforms, larger Western Australian strata schemes must keep a 10-year plan for their reserve fund. Lifts belong in it.

Questions

What Western Australia owners ask us

Does our strata company need to plan for lift replacement?

If your scheme is large enough to need a 10-year plan under the reformed Strata Titles Act 1985, the lifts should be in it. A condition audit gives each lift a realistic timing and cost.

How do we know our contractor is doing the work?

Check the call-out history, the test records and the hours on site, and have the equipment audited independently once a year.

Who does the site work in Perth?

Our Western Australian staff, supported by our head office team. Reports are written to the requirements that apply in Western Australia.
