written for committees, not only engineers
Feasibility studies covering ride performance, acoustics, aesthetics, longevity and serviceability, authority requirements and access for people with disabilities
Due diligence and pre-purchase, incident, fire and flood damage, and dilapidation reports, plus traffic studies
Independent expert opinion for insurance and litigation matters
A report from the company that maintains or wants to replace your equipment carries an inherent conflict. LML holds no manufacturer alignment and no maintenance contracts, so the findings reflect the asset and nothing else. That independence is also what makes our reports defensible when they're relied on by a board, committee, insurer or purchaser.
Every report leads with findings and recommendations in plain language, with the technical evidence supporting it rather than burying it. If a committee needs to vote on a recommendation, they should be able to read the report and understand the decision in front of them.
