In the absence of a suitable Performance Based Contract and regular independent auditing of your Maintenance Contractor’s performance, servicing can become minimalist and reactive in nature.

 

We provide custom, performance based Vertical Transportation Maintenance Contracts to ensure equipment is maintained regularly and in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and relevant standards.

Site specific technical data is obtained for inclusion in the contract. We then implement a Tender process by inviting approved maintenance providers to Tender, followed by contract negotiation and administration.  The LML Maintenance Agreement includes key performance indicators, financial penalties, and servicing requirements and frequencies.
