LML Portfolio Logic™

Every lift you're accountable for. Measured, not reported.

Contractor portals report on their own contract. Portfolio Logic puts an independent measurement beside that number, so you can tell a lift that is running from a lift that is reported as running.

What the board covers

Six views, one portfolio.

The board opens on live operations. Each view answers a question you have to answer for someone else.

Live operations

Every unit's state in one vocabulary, across four different portals.

Callbacks

Callout volume and cause, by unit and by site, over rolling windows.

Corrective works

Every defect, who owns it, and how long it has been open.

Coverage

Response measured against the target written into your agreement.

Sites

History held against the address, not the project code.

Unit life

Remaining life per unit, from age, condition and parts still available.

Access

Start with one portfolio.

We load your sites from their last audit and connect each contractor at the highest tier it allows, so the first board you see is your own equipment rather than a demonstration. Every unit you are accountable for appears, and the board shows which tier each one is on.

What we need to get started
  • Your site list, which we load from your last LML audit
  • A nominated contact at each contractor, or portal access where you already hold it
  • The response targets written into your current maintenance agreements
  • Nothing installed on site, and no change to your contractors
